Official Statement Regarding NESRP Funding and Participation

NESRP operates in full compliance with Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive policies. As such, NESRP strictly prohibits any form of pay-to-play access, paid advantages, or donation-based rewards. Participation in NESRP is entirely free, and no individual may obtain gameplay benefits, privileges, or status through financial contributions.

All staff appointments and in-game roleplay positions are awarded solely on the basis of merit, qualifications, and demonstrated performance within the community. Financial contributions play no role in staffing or role assignment decisions.

Voluntary donations are accepted exclusively for the purpose of offsetting operational expenses and server overhead. Should donations exceed the amount necessary to cover legitimate operating costs, NESRP will allocate surplus funds toward charitable contributions as determined by administration.

NESRP maintains financial transparency and will provide full financial disclosure when required by applicable law or lawful request.
